Located on Corniche road, it's a 5-minute drive from Jeddah's commercial centre and 25 km from King Abdulaziz International Airport. A fitness centre, sauna, and massage room are available, along with Annafora Café and a tea garden serving snacks and drinks.

The location is excellent, but the furniture is extremely old and worn out, not befitting a five‑star hotel.

Room service is available. The room is spacious, the bed with comforter is comfortable, and toiletries are provided. There is no proper a‑la‑carte restaurant, rooms are noisy with no proper soundproofing, and there are no spa services for women. A mandatory cash deposit is taken and returned at check‑out if no room service is used, which I found odd. Since the room service collects money for the order, they don’t know the receptionist already took an advance from us. No qibla direction is marked and there is no musallah.
