I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel staff, cleanliness, and overall experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was spotless. I didn't encounter any issues during my stay.

Unfortunately, my stay was a disappointment from start to finish. The hotel charged an exorbitant price, but what they advertised didn't match reality - instead of a private bathroom, I found a shared and filthy one. To make matters worse, the bed had a sagging mattress that would likely leave you with a sore back.

My stay had its ups and downs - the staff, although only one spoke English, were very friendly and even helped me arrange an Uber to the airport. However, my room was a letdown; it was small, dark, and dusty, with a balcony that didn't block out street noise. The bathroom was dirty, and I had to clean it before use, plus there were no towels or toilet paper provided. The WiFi was slow and often offline, and the carpet was disgusting.

The hotel's location was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding. However, I did experience some issues with the stairs, which were worn and not well-maintained. Additionally, the air conditioning unit only provided cooling, not heating, and the window was not properly sealed. The bathroom also needed some maintenance, and there were no towels or cleaning supplies provided.
