It was quiet and peaceful, the breakfasts were tasty and the owner cooked well without charging much; just note that the single room on the first floor has no windows, only a tiny screened opening by the door.

The hotel sits just 50 meters from the main street, making it super convenient for both the café and the beach. The room was spotlessly clean, which mattered a lot, and in person it felt even better than the photos. The host is very pleasant and polite, always ready to help if anything is needed. I’ll definitely stay here again next time; everything was great.

The hotel is located just off the main road in Unawatuna, far enough to keep noise down but still close to all the restaurants. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the balcony large. It was very quiet and peaceful, and the staff were helpful when we arrived. The only downside was that they only accept cash, so I’d have liked to pay online beforehand. The hotel itself felt a bit bland, with very few people having breakfast on site, as other options are available.
