The property sits in the city centre, well furnished and tidy. However, water was completely absent during the stay. While this may be a common issue for locals, it is unfair not to inform guests from outside the region. It is especially unacceptable to stay without water while showering, forcing a call to the host to find out why, given the lack of prior notice. Even more unreasonable was to expect guests, on the first and only holiday day after a long trip, to shower the next morning despite the limited capacity of the reserve tank (which should only be used after a complete water outage). It was a nightmare having to scrub teeth and intimate areas with discount store water bottles, because after opening the reserve tank the tap water came out brown (stagnant tank water). The host should have communicated the limitations and deficiencies before booking or upon arrival. The host should have capped the number of rooms booked to three by the author plus a fourth room by another guest, given the reduced reserve tank capacity.
