“Bellissimo”
The location, breakfast, and quietness were good, but I didn't get a second pillow.
Everything was fine except the self‑check‑in keypad didn’t work, so we had to call for help; this happened to several members of our group and might need fixing.
“Bad Ragaz... una sola notte”
The room was cozy, almost silent thanks to excellent windows, and the breakfast was good; note that the information kiosk is only in German and English—no French or Italian.
“Good for limited lower budget options at the location.”
The place was clean and quiet, in a great spot, and the continental breakfast was nice, but I struggled a bit with the self‑check‑in and discovered the shower for my room was actually on the floor below.
