The spa area was nice, the owner was very helpful and friendly, and breakfast was good. A nearby festival ran until 4 am, and because there was no air‑conditioning we couldn’t close the windows.

Nothing to say. The room smelled damp, the TV wasn’t working, I couldn’t get to the bed freely, and the restaurant was closed. The place isn’t a hotel.

Overall everything was fine, but I needed more basic info such as whether pastries could be bought, because lunch was served at 16:00 and at 20:00 we were hungry, and I didn't know if alcohol was served or what the prices were; there was also no shop nearby. The masseuse Iwona, with her golden hands, made a huge impression on me. The owners were very friendly, though extremely busy. I would definitely return. The food was good, but I still lacked information on what would be served for lunch.

The hosts were fantastic, the place was clean, the food tasty, and the massage was wonderful—highly recommended. The spa centre was spotless, with a nice jacuzzi and a lovely salt grotto. I rested and relaxed. The staff were very friendly yet unobtrusive. It was close to Frombork. Everything was perfect.

Everything was fine and I’m satisfied. The staff were friendly and the location is good for visiting Kaliningrad.
