Located on Nizwa Road, the Bayan International Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Muscat International Airport and adjacent to Sultan Qaboos University. This hotel features an Italian rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of Muscat, a coffee shop, and free Wi-Fi in all air-conditioned rooms and suites, each equipped with LCD TVs, minibars, and private bathrooms with showers.

The hotel added extra charges beyond the original booking amount, with hidden fees that weren’t properly billed; I don’t recommend staying there.

The room was very comfortable with AC and complimentary water, and the staff were amazing and very helpful, yet there were stains in the toilet when we arrived, so we had to use the bidet to clean them.
