We stayed at Alpen Gästehaus in Bad Kohlgrub and felt completely at ease. Host Kai was incredibly kind, very attentive, and gave us great tips for day trips. The breakfast was fantastic – everything you could want for a good start to the day was there. Our room was cozy and we missed nothing. All in all, a warm and pleasant atmosphere. Thanks, Kai, for the lovely time and excellent hospitality! We’ll definitely return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room was very clean and good, with a pleasant scent 😊. It had a small fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and filters. The owner is a very nice person. Everything was liked, very satisfied, and we can recommend it!

I booked a small single room with an even smaller (very narrow) bathroom. Still, everything needed for a night’s stay was present, including plenty of towels and shower gel. A new box‑spring bed, a shower, a wardrobe, a small luggage shelf, a table, a chair, and a balcony with a chair! What really stands out: everything (!!!), even the stairwell and entrance area, is almost shockingly clean. In my many decades as a hotel guest I’ve never seen a room or overall appearance so spotless. Very friendly “hotelier”. The Timberland Trail in Bad Kohlgrub is worth seeing. A tiny bit more storage space in the wardrobe for laundry and better lighting above the bed would bring it even closer to perfection.

Very good contact with the host, clean room and bathroom. Good location and parking options. I can recommend the place and we’ll definitely book again. Lacks something.

“Für einen Kurzaufenthalt mit Familie OK”

It was clean, parking right next door. Cold drinks in the fridge. Beds were very comfortable. The street next to it was almost inaudible with windows closed. Not recommended for longer stays with family. The kitchenette is too simple. Everything feels a bit cramped.
