The location is far and tricky to reach Bilbao’s center (the bus ran only once an hour and stopped at 21:30, a detail I didn’t know). Still, the place and accommodation are unbeatable. The concierge was inactive after 22:00, though the key card was still handed out.

The fridge is great, but the spring mattress and shower are disappointing, and the artichoke is broken.

The location and private parking are positives, but the bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was in poor condition, and the shower screen was so small that a lot of water leaked out.
