I highly recommend this spot; we arrived late at night, yet it was incredibly cozy with fire, garlands, and that whole atmosphere that just melts you. The staff were especially polite, caring, and always reachable, plus they offered to lift you up and then bring you back down, which was super handy. In the morning they brought us breakfast that felt wonderfully homemade.

The location is great and the scenery is simply breathtaking—perfect for a break from city hustle or a romantic dinner. However, the hotel didn’t fully disclose the state of its facilities, specifically the water issues and a non‑working bathtub in the room. I learned about these problems less than a day before arrival (the administrator didn’t warn me during booking). The first night went fine (the shower, toilet, and bath were functional, despite the broken tub), but by the evening of the second night we ran out of water with all the consequences that came with it.

The biggest draws were the location and the views; the glamping concept is cool, but the organization was awful. It’s clear the hotel is aging and no longer Mandra Hills (they apparently don’t want to tarnish the brand). The rooms were heavily worn and quite dirty. During our stay we had no water for a day, and they only turned it on after a scuffle before we left. They compensated us with 500 hryvnia out of 10,000 for the water outage. Also, we paid extra for a room with a bathtub that wasn’t working when we arrived.

The spot was nice, the tent was comfortable, and everything was clean.
