Everything was absolutely wonderful! The room was excellent, very clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. Whenever we needed anything, we could simply go to the reception, and they were always happy to assist us. The location is excellent, with bus stops and the metro nearby, making it very easy to get around Istanbul. There is also a lovely café right next to the hotel entrance with really delicious food. We highly recommend visiting it! The staff there are simply the best, and we really enjoyed our experience. We loved everything about our stay!. There was absolutely nothing we disliked. We have no complaints at all

It’s close to everything, but the convenience comes with significant street noise that can be disturbing, especially at night.

I thank brother Amir at reception for his good manners, service, and cheerful spirit; the room was very clean and the building is excellent, with a nearby restaurant that serves Syrian honey and clean food. Nothing else.

The hotel’s location is excellent and the price is great. I must especially praise Abed Al-Rahman from the staff, who helped us wholeheartedly and quickly swapped our room when a leak was discovered. Apart from the location, the price, and his service – the rest of the hotel was less good. The hotel is very small and uncomfortable. The stairs are especially narrow, and there is only one elevator that barely fits two people. We booked three rooms in total, and one of them had a leak. The rooms themselves are so small that two people cannot pass through at the same time. We booked rooms with balconies, but in reality, you can’t really sit on them: there are only two chairs, one of which is occupied by a thick air conditioner, and the other chair is small, narrow, and very dirty. The hotel itself is not pretty, and besides the great location and the staff I mentioned earlier – nothing justifies staying there.
