The breakfast was the only thing that was good, but we had to keep nagging for it even though we had ordered in advance; the website says breakfasts are optional. We received a different room than the one we booked because we were traveling with a dog. The hotel had known about the dog a week earlier, yet the room change happened the day before arrival. The site states they allow pets. We were given a room without a bathroom, despite the claim that every room has one. The TV didn't work due to missing batteries and a disconnected antenna. The floor had no small walkway; we walked on bare panels.
