The location is good. However, there is no front‑desk staff. It’s an apartment with rooms that give you a key via the internet. There’s no way to ask for anything or even request a taxi. I don’t recommend it.

Everything was fine. Nothing to complain about.

The room was clean and comfortable, and on the back of the building is Corso Vecchio with great dinner spots. The location is excellent, only 800 m from the train station, and for those heading to a cruise, a free shuttle bus is just 600 m away, walking straight to the ships.

Nothing. Our experience at this accommodation was catastrophic from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, things got complicated: we had to enter four different codes and pass through four doors before finally reaching the room. It felt more like solving a puzzle than arriving at a place where we were supposed to settle in peacefully. The cleanliness was clearly lacking; we found crushed mosquitoes in the bathroom, which was really unpleasant. We also had to wait 20 minutes before we could get hot water… But the worst part was the lack of soundproofing, almost nonexistent. The walls seemed extremely thin: we constantly heard noises from other units, especially footsteps and people running on the floor above. The windows and the building’s general insulation clearly needed improvement. Most of all, a neighbor made an absolutely infernal noise that sounded like a piano, a drum set, or perhaps both. The sound and vibrations reverberated throughout the building and into the rooms, as if the person was playing right next to us. The noise was so intense and continuous that it was simply impossible to sleep or even rest properly. When you rent a room to spend the night, you still expect a minimum level of quiet. When you book accommodation, the minimum expectation is to be able to spend a night in decent conditions. Here, between the constant racket, the total lack of acoustic insulation, and the questionable cleanliness, that was unfortunately not possible. Since that experience, the staff never responded to me again, of course… A draining night and a very bad experience. Stay away if you just want to sleep peacefully.
