The bathroom was bad. The cleaning was poor.
The hotel sits in a convenient spot with a tea shop and a different shop nearby, but the hot water never worked. They promised complimentary breakfast at 8.30 am, yet it only started at 9.25 am and there weren’t enough plates for everyone.
“Disappointing”
The bathroom jetspray was broken so the room was not properly checked before I was shown in. Then when I asked to be moved to a different room, they took 1hr and multiple calls to get this done. The hotel windows were also open and I was concerned for my safety when I realised it was very easy for someone to just break/move the window and get inside. Overall very poor

The price was reasonable and the location good, but we never got breakfast because they said it wasn’t available. The bathroom smelled, so we had to ask for a room freshener. We also had to request towels and soap—nothing was provided automatically—and the room wasn’t ready when we arrived, which was exhausting.
