We arranged the Devil's Pool tour at the top of Victoria Falls. Was beyond expectations. Also the Zambia Victoria Falls Park was within a short walk from the hotel and included. Zebras, Giraffes and monkey's roamed freely on hotel grounds. Was almost $500 a night. Normally more than I would spend

Everything about the resort was great, staff were fantastic, room was very comfortable. Anytime access 6am to 6pm into the Vic Falls national park was awesome. Thought the dinner menu was a bit limited for an upmarket resort

The overall vibe was great and getting to the falls was a breeze, but we never heard back about the black puffer jacket we left behind, which feels like poor service.

The hotel looked stunning and the wildlife was close enough to see up close, but the booking service fell short—our activity attempts failed and we weren't warned about the low digital‑card limit on the terminal.
