Location, proximity to the event, good value, and great staff. The A/C is loud, its cubby sits next to the bed, and the soap/shampoo dispensers are placed too far forward or too low in the shower, which is inconvenient for left‑handed people.

Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options. The sofa isn’t comfortable for sleeping.

The reception lady who worked from 3 pm to 11 pm was amazing with me; she helped a lot and spoke good Spanish, though I can’t remember her name.
