Great location, a short walk from the train station, right by the tram stop. The building has a small bistro downstairs, next to a supermarket, and a fantastic restaurant, Il Matto, just around the corner—everything we needed was within reach. At arrival the room wasn’t ready and we weren’t informed in advance that check‑in would be delayed due to late cleaning. We asked for an extra blanket because the bed had only one set of sheets for two people, but received no response. The accommodation has very thin walls, so even if the neighbours aren’t intentionally loud, everything is very noisy. We found our neighbours awake from 4 to 7 am (probably a late arrival, we heard luggage) and we couldn’t sleep because of that. The common area has only a microwave, a capsule coffee machine and a kettle. There is no cookware, just paper cups for coffee. In the shared bathroom soap and paper towels were missing.

“Overall a simple, clean and modern place.”

The place was clean, comfortable and modern. However, there was no iron provided even though it was listed and requested. Communication from Team Zen about this was poor. The room had some wear and tear marks on the walls. The sofa was uncomfortable and very worn, but luckily we didn’t need it as a sofa bed.

The room and common areas were very clean and the arrival procedure was very convenient. The room was overall very good, the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but acceptable for 3 nights.

The location is good. It could provide more shower products (gel and shampoo) as well as more towels for stays longer than 3 or 4 days.

The room had a nice design, this unit was quiet, tidy, and felt well cleaned, the floor was clean and comfortable to walk on. There were two air‑conditioners, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, the shower pressure was strong, the wall‑mounted heater was great for drying a towel. At check‑out the cleaning staff were on time at your door, so try to leave on time. The kitchen had everything you could need, just missing a cleaning cloth for the kitchen, and I also suggest putting a small rug in front of the bathroom sink to prevent water splashing on the floor (wooden floors can be damaged over time). I really liked this area, it feels like living in the local community, with cafés, supermarkets, restaurants, and the streets are not cobblestone, so large luggage is easy to haul. The only downside was that I didn’t like the shared bathroom having transparent glass tiles, the placement made it possible to see inside when someone was using it—awkward.
