Price but I got what I paid for so not too much. Roach infestation, baseboard grossly falling away from wall filth piled up between it and wall more the lab a 1/2-1 inch of debris … air conditioning not cooling filter not clean on and on peeps hanging out smoking various “things “???

There was nothing good to say. The bathroom and the whole place were filthy.

The outside had a horrible odor, though it didn’t seep into the room. The sign warned you to activate the door latch for safety, but that latch didn’t exist, as shown in the photo.

The place smelled like marijuana as soon as I walked in, so I cancelled on the spot. The area was full of dope that needed to be removed.
