The view is great, staff are always nice and very helpful, and since this is my third stay it’s starting to feel a bit like home. The coffee with milk at breakfast was replaced by one of those machines where you can pick all sorts of flavors and mixes, which isn’t my favorite :)

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s one of my favorite spots in Quito; the beds are comfy, everything stays clean, and the staff are always friendly and professional. It sits in a nice area where you can walk to a few cafés, and I like the self‑serve espresso machine at breakfast. The place is very quiet at night. The breakfast selection was okay, but it didn’t always feel fresh; sometimes it seemed like some dishes were leftovers from the previous day. Keeping the buffet at the right temperature would help, especially since the food sits out for more than 4 hours, and fresh bread would be appreciated.

The room was spacious and comfy with amazing valley views. Breakfast included continental and cooked options, and the staff were friendly (when I found them!). It felt a bit understaffed: each time I left and re‑entered the hotel I had to wait a couple of minutes for someone to unlock the front doors. When I approached the reception to order a taxi, I also had to wait a few minutes for staff to arrive.
