The place sits right in the heart of Vienna, and the staff were friendly and very attentive throughout. The downside was the lack of a restaurant for meals and dinners.

The Hotel Ambassador, Vienna, is a luxurious hotel on Kärntner Straße, 200 metres from Stephansplatz and Karlsplatz Underground Stations. Opened in 1898, it boasts elegant rooms with antiquities, adjustable air conditioning, and satellite TV. The hotel features a restaurant serving Austrian cuisine, a winter garden, atrium bar, and open-air café, and is close to St. Stephen's Cathedral, Hofburg Imperial Palace, and the State Opera.

Часто останавливаюсь в этом отеле (я люблю оперу). Хочу отметить особую атмосферу отеля, место расположения (лучше не придумаешь), очень заботливый персонал, чистоту, . И это не об отдельных персонах - это о КОЛЛЕКТИВЕ. Я жила в номерах разного размера, выходящих на разные стороны. Очень большие номера не люблю. Люблю номера, выходящие не в тихие переулки, а на Neuer Markt. Спасибо сотрудникам отеля за их труд!!!. Пока не нашла
