We stayed briefly with family while our house was under renovation and found the place far more comfortable than expected, with a pleasant scent, a comfy bed and spotless cleaning, though the breakfast left something to be desired.
The interior was spacious and clean, which I liked. The soundproofing didn’t seem very good.
The location was fine. I didn’t like the bedding; it was dirty and the towels were also dirty. The towels should be replaced.

The location right next to the KTX station was convenient. I woke up with many bed‑bug bites on my legs. I arrived at 1:00 pm and asked if I could check in early—check‑in is at 2:00 pm—because I just needed to drop off my bags before heading to a concert in Busan and wouldn’t return until around midnight. I was told I couldn’t check in early without paying an extra fee. Since I wasn’t staying in the room for an extended period and only needed to leave my belongings, the inflexibility was very disappointing.
