They didn’t accept my reservation at all; I don’t know who was in charge, I hate you and your company, and I suffered a terrible situation because of your false reservations.

The spot was decent, close to Chittagong Railway Station, but the front desk couldn’t locate my booking, forcing me to pay on the spot at a noticeably higher amount than expected. The facilities felt like they belonged to a Chinese guesthouse from the 20‑30 years ago.
