Hotel BB Palace

“Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with friendly staff, great rooms, and excellent value”

I loved staying at Hotel BB Palace; the property is very well maintained, the room comfortable and nicely designed, with a good mattress and excellent Wi‑Fi. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the free cable TV was a great bonus that made the stay even better. The only thing that could improve is the check‑in process, which took a bit longer than expected. Aside from that, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

“overall good, can be better had the hotel takes extra care.”

The staff were all friendly, especially Pankaj Pathak at the front desk who was very helpful. The location works well and the room was spacious. Unfortunately, the breakfast that was part of my package never arrived, and the room’s cleanliness and hygiene left something to be desired. The kitchen was closed, so I had to order food elsewhere, but the staff wouldn’t let the delivery person bring it to the room; I had to go down to pick it up myself, which felt quite uncooperative.

“Disappointed , never want to visit”

Things had slipped compared to before; the staff were not as good as they used to be. The overall hygiene was very poor.

“Never ever stay there !!”

The standards were low. Everything was disappointing.

The room was small and the bed was small too. Constant construction noise from the upside and continuous traffic noise from the road made it hard to rest.
