The staff and location were great, but the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, it's situated at a high altitude which I loved, and it's super quiet and cool. My room was a decent size and had a nice balcony. The staff were friendly when I checked in, but I didn't interact with them much after that. My main gripe was with the hot water - the pressure was really low, so it was hard to get water to come out of the shower. I also found the beds a bit too low, but overall it was still a comfy stay.

I loved the hotel's location and the food was fantastic, plus the staff spoke English which was a relief. It's a great spot if you're looking to unwind and enjoy outdoor activities, but be warned, the drive up can be a bit hairy, especially if you're a nervous driver like me. The road from the main highway was also pretty long, which wasn't ideal for us since we were out daily checking out properties. Overall, it was a bit of a trade-off for us, but I can see why others would love it.
