Unfortunately, our stay was marred by several issues that made it difficult to relax and enjoy our time at the hotel. The lack of air conditioning, limited TV channels, and unreliable Wi-Fi were significant drawbacks. These problems, combined with the hotel's apparent prioritization of Chinese guests' preferences, left us feeling disappointed and frustrated.
