Everything, from the staff to the facilities manager, was supportive.
“The staff was incredibly friendly n helpful also convenient location”
The cleaning was good.
Nicely maintained, neat & clean. Location is convenient if purpose is to be centrally located. Serves the purpose of a budget accommodation. Property does not serve any breakfast which is essential in morning. Neither it serves any meals during evenings. At times room service is delayed, not much but enough to make one check again if demand is followed
The management was helpful.
I had a pretty mixed experience at this hotel. The location was super convenient and checking in and out was a breeze. However, my room had a major issue - there were lots of cockroaches around, which was really gross. To make matters worse, one of the staff members asked for a tip, which felt kinda off.
