Agaoğlu My City Hotel Istanbul

I was really impressed with the apartment! Everything was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. All the essentials for a comfortable stay were present. The location was convenient, the vibe pleasant, and the environment relaxed. The apartment matched the photos and description perfectly. We were very satisfied and would gladly stay here again!

“Unser Aufenthalt als Familie war alles in allem eine wundervolle Erfahrung im Agaoğlu My City Hotel.”

The place was modern, stylishly furnished, and inviting to linger. It was clean and we felt at home as a family. Check‑in with the lovely Saliha at the front desk was wonderful; she was very friendly, caring, and helpful. The housekeeping staff consistently did a fantastic job. However, despite the modern feel, there were occasional shortcomings. The shower faucet kept coming loose whenever the water was turned on, off, or adjusted. Some lamps with plugs didn’t work properly. The staff member at check‑out was very unpleasant and not suitable for customer interaction.

“For a short , working visit, this was a good value for money experience.”

Breakfast was more than acceptable, offering a good variety of well‑prepared and nicely presented dishes. The only downside was that my room smelled of cigarettes, which left my clothes with the same odor—an issue I didn’t want before my work meetings. That was my sole criticism.

I adore everyone in that building, especially the housekeeper Ms Helin; she does an amazing job, never seen anyone perform her duties at such a high level. The room service was absolutely top‑class.
