Everything was perfect—there was nothing I didn’t like.

The air conditioner was switched off, leaving the room at 86 °F and never comfortable. I found hair in the shower, a dirty towel left in the room, and the staff offered me a coupon for locals.

The place was very clean and had a nice vibe, but the TV didn’t work, the pool was closed for maintenance, and the hairdryer was broken.

I was close to my destination, and the staff were clean and friendly. The lounge on the 5th floor was great and the host was amazing all weekend. Some amenities were closed because of renovation, but I was informed beforehand, so it wasn’t a big issue.
