I booked for the same evening, arrived, and the person who welcomed me didn’t speak Italian; when I went to my room it was all dirty—walls, sheets, blankets—and I decided not to stay and left. I tried multiple times to contact the host via WhatsApp, but each time they replied that the person answering wasn’t the host. In the end I didn’t stay, the host told the booking platform I didn’t show up, and I strongly advise against it.

I found bedbugs in the first assigned bed and throughout the room. They moved me to another room that also had bedbugs. When I complained again there was no response, so I couldn’t sleep. On the second day, after another change, I tried to switch hotels and they finally gave me a better room. I put my clothes in the wardrobe and left; when I returned, my clothes were outside and not returned to their place after the cleaning lady passed, risking contamination from bedbugs elsewhere.

They’re thieves. I had booked a room, they gave me the disterrà the night before, and I still haven’t received a refund for what I paid. The owner is extremely rude.
