“Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel”

Nothing positive at all. I was very disappointed with this hotel; I didn't expect anything for the price, but it was a total abuse. The room was not clean at all, and we had to wait 2 h upon arrival just to use the toilets… The staff were not welcoming, and there was never anyone at the reception. We absolutely did not like this hotel and do not recommend it.

The trip to the islands and lagoons was excellent, and the accommodation was great. The bathroom was large, with plenty of hot water, and the room was spacious with storage for belongings. The bed was comfortable. The air‑conditioner was loud and there were rooster noises.

“Ruined my trip”

The shower was indescribably bad; I could have cleaned it faster and better in a McDonald’s sink. We were left with no water for at least 80 % of our stay. That’s NO water – not even to flush the toilet or wash hands, not just the shower. When we mentioned this to reception they kept saying they were waiting on a water delivery. The room was advertised as a balcony room, but even if there was enough space to step onto the “balcony” it would have been unsafe; the railing and floor were both so old you could have fallen through either. The “view” was a wooden bed frame that was harder than a bed, and the curtains didn’t cover the window, so light came in from around 5 am. The air‑con was okay but so loud, and the noise outside at night was ridiculous – all night, with motorcycles honking, about 100 chickens and dogs screaming for one reason or another, which was very distressing and loud. It’s safe to say we didn’t get much sleep. We couldn’t flush tissue down the toilet – which would have been fine if we hadn’t been given a bin with no lid to put used tissue in! The room stunk, and when I brought it up the cleaner told me to leave it in the hallway – shocking. The Wi‑Fi was slow. The sink was dirty – the ground was covered in dirt. Basically, anything you book a hotel for – sleep, shower, and to feel safe and relaxed – this place provided none. Do not book this hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful; they let us check in much earlier without asking for anything in return. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower worked well with hot water 🙏. The location is central, but the noise is intense because the windows are weak. The internet is slow.

“Nie wieder”

I stayed for one night, but overall it was pretty much everything.
