Great value for money, excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, and a comfortable room, but the blanket was not clean and had a noticeable smell.

We had booked a room with a balcony. When we arrived, the hostess told us she hadn’t received our reservation (made several weeks before our arrival) and that the requested room was unavailable. She offered us a different room that didn’t suit us at all, so she asked us to cancel and we had to scramble for a last‑minute solution.

The place was passable, but it was difficult to find the access.

Great place to stay, good communication, and a comfy bed.

Only thing is that it’s in the center. It’s hard to find, and there were a lot of rats at the hotel entrance; as a guy, it was even more unsettling, and the girl couldn’t get in properly.
