The staff I met were all lovely, communicative, and extremely attentive to any need. The facility’s structure is beautiful, and the common areas are huge and very clean. It’s a hotel with the fun social atmosphere of a hostel. It was a bit confusing figuring out which beds were free, and most of the top bunks don’t have their own power outlets—so you have to rely on the person in the bottom bunk being willing to share—but it didn’t end up being a problem.

The staff were very friendly. Even though we arrived as late as 9 p.m., the receptionist was waiting for us; she checked us in and gave us an overview of the hostel’s facilities. We are very grateful to her. The hostel features beautiful, classic décor and is very tastefully designed. The room was spacious, spotless, and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. Many thanks to the Filipina lady who cleaned our room. Overall, it was even better than a five‑star hotel.

A triple camera room with a spacious, comfortable bathroom. The bed was the typical hostel type, but still cozy. The shared spaces were very comfortable, especially the fireplace lounge and the game room, which turned out to be pleasant surprises. The kitchen was always immaculate and clean, and the staff were extremely kind.

The hostel had many shared facilities and resources that went above and beyond the usual, including a fantastic kitchen space, lots of books to read, a dining room, and cozy living spaces. The staff were kind and helpful, even when we had to arrive later than planned. I also appreciated the amount of counter/table space in the room (which is usually a pain point for most lodgings). The kitchen and dining room had open and closed hours, and all food had to be kept within those areas, which was a bit of a disappointment if I had early or late days
