Nice rooms, great location with many shops nearby, friendly and helpful staff. The kitchen could offer more variety, and the fitness room could use better equipment; the AC is self‑controlled, which is convenient. Overall, a comfortable hotel worth checking out.

A beautiful, spacious room with good fitness equipment, friendly and helpful staff, and plenty of shops and eateries in the area.

The staff were friendly, but the sheets and towels were dirty, not white but with black streaks.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's convenient location, the friendly and helpful staff, and the spotless cleanliness of the premises. The atmosphere felt cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring Surabaya. However, there were a couple of minor issues that detracted from my experience - the loud sound from the heater whenever I took a shower, and the noise from the guest next door who kept slamming their door.

I recently stayed at a large hotel with an on-site restaurant, but unfortunately, it didn't quite meet my expectations. The cleanliness of the room was subpar, with stained carpets and bed sheets. The sofa in my room was old and had noticeable stains, which was a bit of a letdown. Overall, the hotel fell short of the standards I've come to expect from European hotels.
