The breakfast buffet was beautifully arranged with a wide selection. The view from the fortress is spectacular. The walk to the reception is long because the building is spiral‑shaped. For people who have trouble walking, a shuttle is available.

The location was amazing. The pool area was dirty. The heaters boiled. The room 205 was 27 °C at night. I had to use AI to try to fix the heaters at night, which I managed to do. All the valves were set incorrectly. There was no TV reception. The trash bin was too small.

The location was exceptional and the breakfast was extremely good and varied. Our round tower room was also exceptional and we liked it a lot. The heating was hot in a flash. The trip to the castle accommodation was a bit difficult because of a single mis‑signposted detour in the lower town, but that’s not the fault of the JUFA Hotel.

The atmosphere, staff very nice, breakfast very abundant, the property super clean, the birthday cake was arranged. We felt very comfortable! The plants were dusty, the walls in the bathroom might need a cleaning with a magic eraser. We were unfortunately not informed about construction sites and the difficult arrival. The information board in the room didn’t work.

The fortress‑like hotel sits right in the heart of the old citadel, an extraordinary sight. Right now, construction inside the fortress makes the approach to the hotel quite difficult, and the parking isn’t adjacent; the signage from the town to the hotel could be clearer. One entrance road was blocked, yet no proper detour was marked. There’s nothing for people with mobility aids, wheelchairs, or walkers, and even the path inside the hotel to the room isn’t accessible. The uneven floor of the fortress makes the walk hard, and the wet room in the accommodation feels oddly wet at first.
