The rooms were spacious and clean, but the outdoor noise was annoying. The terraces were in poor condition and guests could hear each other, giving little privacy.

The welcome was superb, perfectly bilingual, courteous, and kind. The rooms had only slight soundproofing.

The staff were incredibly friendly and lovely. The location was great for exploring Venice and the nearby cafés. The pillows and mattress could have been more comfortable.
