The room was overbooked even though I had booked in advance. I had already received a key code and was inside when I discovered that private items (bags, suitcases) belonging to another guest who was staying there at that moment were left in the room, an unacceptable incident that should not have happened. I had to find a replacement accommodation on short notice under acute time pressure, which caused enormous stress. With an already short stay, this ruined most of my trip, leaving no room for enjoyment or relaxation. It was an absolutely annoying experience that darkened the entire trip.
