Excellent location right next to the MRT, staff friendly and helpful, and the airport shuttle was reasonably priced. The self‑service laundry is very convenient. The lobby on the second floor feels cramped.

The location is good. The bedding is far too hard for me.

The hotel is located right at the side of the MRT (metro) station. I found the location very safe and there are lots of shops and food nearby. The breakfast is basically chinese but I found it delicious and enjoyed the food a lot. There are some more western style items as well. There was coffee and tea available in the afternoon and evening, as well as snacks. Room was OK. Perhaps it was the high season. I found the price a little too high but it was au pair with other options I checked. A suggestion for the management: please hang up the breakfast time in the elevator or somewhere that we could consult. This seems to be a common issue in Taiwan; we are told at the checkin that breakfast is from/to such and such time but honestly. who can remember? Especially when one is jet legged after a long flight. It could help if such info were hanged in the rooms or at least in the elevator

The place sits right next to the Metro and an interesting eat street, but the room is a bit cramped.
