The hotel's in a great spot, easy to get to, and that's a big plus.
The staff were really friendly and welcoming when I checked in.
The room was clean, but that was about it - there was no TV and it was pretty bare.
For the price, you get a clean and functional room, which is exactly what I needed.

Free coffee, balcony, and quiet 😄😄. The guests stayed downstairs and talked loudly until about 10 pm.
The value for money was very good; I booked early. The owner was reachable on site, very friendly and helpful. Perfect for train travellers on the way who want to explore the area.

There is a small parking lot at the property, but large city parking lots are very close, very cheap, and even free on weekends. The area is a bit noisy (a bar under the hotel), but with the window closed it wasn’t a problem.
