The property sits right in the heart of the city and is budget‑friendly. I couldn't find the extensive breakfast buffet that was advertised, but the coffee was tasty and the amount of food was enough for me. The restaurant is gone, so the front view looks older. The hotel clearly has had livelier, better days, which shows in the old furnishings, especially the rooms. There is no front desk; after a quick call you get the key safe number and combination. To reach the breakfast area you pass through several unused rooms, which feels a bit spooky. The windows could use better care, but the room itself was clean.
