The staff were very helpful, but the TV was hard to use and the internet was poor; the bed was clean and comfortable, and I’d book there again.

Right in the centre of Amesbury, the check‑in and check‑out were hassle‑free and the bed sheets felt fresh. However, the room had clearly not been deep cleaned in ages—thick cobwebs, marks and stains on the walls, tiles, headboard and curtains, mould and dead bugs in the bathroom, and a shower tray that leaked onto the floor. The motion‑sensor light in the bathroom only stayed on for five seconds at a time, and the mattress was cheap and spongey with a lumpy pillow; the double bed frame was actually two single mattresses joined together.

Nothing. The stuff was not very friendly nor helpful. During my stay i found out, that there was a drum and bass party which made the room pretty much unusable. They took my money and didnt care afterwards. No communication they just ignored my messages
