The staff and everyone else at the place were friendly and helpful. The view of the pyramid was lovely, and the coffee in the morning was good. We considered moving rooms, but we were too lazy (you should know this). The daytime music was really loud—don’t try to nap in the afternoon. The bathroom had a bad odor, no hot water, and every shower caused a flood; the sheets were too short, so we ended up sleeping on a dirty mattress on dirty floors.

I was blown away by the spot—right in the middle of everything—and the staff were a real help, especially Ali who set up our trip to the pyramids and all the Giza sightseeing, plus a night under the stars in the white desert that was unforgettable. I’d definitely come back, thanks Ali! 💯❤️

The view of the pyramid was great, they had a la carte beer and offered Egyptian barbecue. The staff were friendly and cared about our wellbeing. The accommodation looked nice from afar but the quality was bad, with terrible sound insulation in the room (the outdoor wedding at the golf course across the street went on until 4 am on Friday, the conversation from the neighboring room, dogs barking at night). The pool seemed like a plus on paper but was unusable because the hosts and their family were always in the common area around the pool, making it very uncomfortable. They tried to get a good review by offering extra perks if we left a positive rating. There were a lot of insects outside (flies, mosquitoes), so it would be good to install some deterrents. The entrance to the pyramids looked close but the front entrance near the accommodation was permanently closed, so we had to take a taxi. The neighborhood wasn’t recommended by the taxis we used. Our English was limited and there were many mistakes in the orders.

The location, pool, and overall design are good. Everyone on staff was very friendly and attentive. The Hotepersonals’ arrangements were off; breakfast was ordered for a specific time but we didn’t get it. We received a drink as compensation, which was later charged. Coordination within the team could improve. The price/service ratio doesn’t match here.
