I booked a room with two single beds through the platform and received confirmation pictures, yet on arrival they gave me a different room in another building with a double bed, forcing me to sleep on the couch in the neighboring room. The swap was a hassle; the hosts insisted on honoring the original reservation and only moved after I threatened to cancel. Presenting the actual booking confirmation finally helped. The platform repeatedly altered my reservation without consent; after a lengthy argument they finally accepted my original request. On site they claimed no other rooms were available—a blatant falsehood, since four of the roughly seven cheaper rooms were free. They also failed to explain the price difference, even though all rooms were listed at the same rate.
