I found the place online. I thought the photos were of the rooftop, so the room felt smaller than expected. It has a pool, but it would be nice if the floor level and other details were clearer when selecting a room. I had booked well in advance, so that was disappointing. If the information had been clearer from the start, this wouldn’t have happened; some better description would help.

We stayed as a family of five. The two‑tier bed looked fun. The bathroom and room were clean and left a good impression. However, it was quite dusty, and because the ventilation was poor, we couldn’t air it out.

For the price, the value is good, and the location isn’t too remote; there are convenience stores, supermarkets nearby, and plenty of parking. The downside is that there aren’t many tables or chairs to put our stuff on, so a lot of items had to stay on the floor, probably because we were a group with a lot of belongings.

The double‑story bed seemed to entertain the kids. We’d liked a laundry facility, and it was disappointing that the cleaning wasn’t thorough.

Everything needed for travel was provided. Unfortunately, personal data was leaked, and I kept receiving fake emails from “Lysar Okinawa Naha Biei Bridge,” including payment and final confirmation messages that looked real, with correct reservation numbers and names. The only thing that stopped me from being scammed was that the payment was in EURO. When I contacted Lysar Okinawa Naha Biei Bridge, simply telling them not to open the email links didn’t solve the issue.
