The staff was nice and polite. They have a band Friday Saturday 6to 10 pm that was not advertised on website we were directly above the music, wifi was terrible at best (very slow or not working), only TV is you tube and terrible to navigate. Huge cockroaches in bathroom. The food was super expensive for toast and egg and coffee, we eat at 7/11. The pool noise of screaming kids was over powering. I booked it because in the pictures it has rock climbing wall, hanging walkway, none of which were open down for repairs. By the look of it I got the feeling that the owner does not care about upkeep or staff (3 at coffee bar one at front counter) i will find another location next visit to manila. Sad face

Accessibility was good, but there were missing amenities; I asked for cotton buds and none were provided.

The location is good, but the staff are biased, the hotel doesn't follow its own policies, the food was poor for the price, mosquitoes were rampant—my child was bitten several times—and management never replied.
