Breakfast was good, and the location was easy to find. The air conditioning was an issue, but it was fixed.

Very close to the center, which I liked. I didn’t use the TV because I couldn’t find a plug. The daily rate was steep for what was offered. Breakfast didn’t have replenishment; the pastries were stale, and the orange juice was diluted with water. The bathroom had a hole, and a frog appeared on the wall.

The staff were really attentive and always ready to help, and I spent a lot of time on the river deck—it’s a pleasant spot to chat with other guests. Unfortunately the walls showed peeling, stained paint and the sound insulation was poor, so I could hear a lot from the hallway. On top of that, the shower barely had any pressure.

This inn sits in a quiet corner yet is just a short walk from downtown Barreirinhas, so you get peace without being far from the action. My room was comfortable with a solid bed, good AC and a hot shower, and breakfast was tasty, especially the eggs made to order. The private river view, the lounge area, and the feeling of safety were all pluses, and the staff replied quickly to any WhatsApp questions.
