Unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet my expectations due to a concerning incident involving a guest who attacked me in the lobby. The staff's response was inadequate, and I felt unsafe and unattended to. Despite the hotel's breakfast and restaurant staff being pleasant, the overall experience was marred by the staff's lack of support during a difficult situation.
