The location was excellent and the view was beautiful; watching the snow from the window was spectacular, though getting to the apartments was a bit difficult.

“Regular”

The view was lovely and the apartment stayed warm, with the reception ladies being very kind, but I was without internet for almost three days, which forced me to work elsewhere; the equipment—electric kettle, microwave, dishes, pillows, etc.—was old and worn, and although the bedding was clean it had sweat stains, which is a shame because a few cosmetic upgrades could really raise the hotel’s value.

“Excelente estadía con una vista espectacular”

We loved the lakeside location, the views were incredible and the place was very quiet; the room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped, and the staff were very friendly and always ready to help, making it an undeniably pleasant stay.

I loved the location, the service, and the view from my room, but I didn't like how bad the internet was—by the next day I had no connection. I understand that rain and such can affect it, but with so much experience they should have a backup plan.
