The room was quite good, but there was no soap or shampoo, the connecting door wasn’t locked, the pool had a lot of chlorine, and the weekday café closed quickly.

I loved how helpful every staff member was, they were super helpful 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 The place and its view were perfect for a refreshing break. I would especially suggest the owner keep up with AC maintenance more regularly so the rooms stay comfortable. Also, adding more play options for kids would make family holidays even better.

The pool was nice and the bed was good. The food was terrible, the soap and shampoo cases were empty, and there was no phone in the room, making it hard to contact staff. The receptionist didn't give us any information, only asked for a deposit and a signature, and didn't explain breakfast, Wi‑Fi, or anything else, and we never received a receipt. I was curious about breakfast but returned late, so only a staff member came in the morning to ask what we wanted; they only offered one portion of food with one drink, and for coffee we only had Americano and kopi tubruk, no milk. The food was so salty that I had to rinse it with hot water and it still tasted salty. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, it felt a bit slippery, the kettle was rusted and dirty, but fortunately the bed was good and the water heater worked. There were no hangers in the bathroom or a place to put shampoo and soap, and the shampoo and soap case was empty. The bidet water pressure was weak and the bathroom was very slippery. The cupboard had a lot of dust. For the amount I paid, I could have stayed much better elsewhere. The swimming pool and its water were clean and good. The restaurant was awful; my family ate there and the fish was bad, the meat in the soup was tough, but they offered a replacement and it took a long time.
