Riad Kismet Marrakech is a city-centre hotel in Marrakech, within a 7-minute walk of Djemaa El Fna and 15 minutes from Bahia Palace. The property is 6 km from Marrakech-Menara Airport. The Riad was fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. The rooftop terrace was amazing, and the property sits right in the heart of the Medina yet feels very quiet and peaceful. Everything was in perfect condition: beds, towels, high‑quality amenities in plenty, a spotless, fully equipped kitchen. The service was exquisite; they met us at the square, handed us water bottles we appreciated, and even stored our luggage until the afternoon on departure day. Thank you for making our stay in Marrakech so welcoming. The entrance felt a bit insecure because it’s tucked into hidden alleys of the Medina, but we didn’t encounter any problems. Also, the rooms were not turned over as some reviews claimed, which is a bit of a let‑down compared to other Riads we’ve stayed in. Breakfast was good, the person running it was lovely, but it seemed limited in variety and quantity compared to other Riads.

The riad, reserved exclusively for groups of up to eight, had been tastefully renovated, felt very comfortable, quiet, clean and fully equipped, and its location was superb; Stéphanie was extremely helpful before and during our stay, Bouchra delivered the wonderful Moroccan breakfasts right when we asked, and although the early‑morning call to prayer might disturb light sleepers, we actually liked it, while the Jasmine suite’s bed could use some improvement.

In the middle of the Medina, a nice quiet building. Almost nothing else, though the lamps still need insect cleaning.

From start to finish Stephanie was fantastic and always on hand, the riad itself felt like a dream with its stunning facilities, décor and comfort, offering unforgettable experiences through its high‑quality towels, sheets, lighting, bed, bathrooms and a very good breakfast.
