The staff were friendly, but the bar was as loud as expected and the people in the rooms were clearly up from the pub, shouting even after the bar closed; they were still yelling when I left the hotel for the airport at 4 am. The room had no heating, and when we got up to get ready my son was shaking like a leaf with his lips losing colour.
